Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have any questions about a specific product, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.
EU Legal 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without giving a reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
